This data protection policy applies with respect to the website www.monartus.com (hereinafter – Website) controlled by the private limited liability company Monartus (hereinafter – Company).

Our Company’s personal data processing policy(hereinafter – Policy) is aimed at informing you how we collect, use and share your personal data provided by you or otherwise obtained when you visit the website and what we do with this information. We wish to ensure fair and transparent collection and use of information about you.

We respect your privacy and therefore we do not collect any unnecessary data for any other purpose than the quality of the Company’s services and a pleasant Website browsing experience.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter – General Data Protection Regulation), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts.

The personnel of the Company have been familiarized with the personal data protection requirements and will ensure compliance with the organizational measures for data processing. How will you exercise your rights?

We are making every effort to implement your rights and to answer the questions that you have about the information that this Policy contains. You can submit a request for the exercise of the above rights as well as complaints, notifications or applications (hereinafter – Request) by email to info@monartus.com.  

If, after receipt of your Request, we have suspicion regarding the identity of the person, we have the right to ask the applicant for an identity document and/or to confirm his identity according to the procedure set out in legal acts and/or by means of electronic communications which enable the person to be properly identified.

We will respond to your Request within not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its receipt. In exceptional cases where additional time is required, we will have the right to extend the time limit for submitting the requested data or examining other claims raised in your Request to 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of your Request by giving notice thereof.  

We will refuse to satisfy your Request by providing a reasoned reply under the circumstances set out in the General Data Protection Regulation and other legal acts by giving written notification thereof.
